Week 3 - Overview

Welcome to Week 3! This week will focus on eliminating Wheat & Rice and preparing our bodies for Week 4 when the real work of the program begins.

As usual, we'll focus on three things: diet, exercise, and community.

Week 3 Overview:

  1. Diet
    1. Eliminating Wheat & Rice
    2. Getting Ready for Carb Withdrawal Symptoms
  2. Exercise
    1. Reaching 10,000 steps per day
  3. Community Connection
    1. Talk to a (different) program member about your experience in detail (over phone)
    2. Actively listen to their experience
    3. Meaningful Post on Telegram (e.g. Reflection)
    4. Encourage at least one person in the group
  4. Prepare for Week 4
    1. Green, Yellow & Red Foods
    2. Prepare Your Mind
    3. Prepare Your Kitchen
