Week 3 - Overview
Welcome to Week 3! This week will focus on eliminating Wheat & Rice and preparing our bodies for Week 4 when the real work of the program begins.
As usual, we'll focus on three things: diet, exercise, and community.

- Diet
- Eliminating Wheat & Rice
- Getting Ready for Carb Withdrawal Symptoms
- Exercise
- Reaching 10,000 steps per day
- Community Connection
- Talk to a (different) program member about your experience in detail (over phone)
- Actively listen to their experience
- Meaningful Post on Telegram (e.g. Reflection)
- Encourage at least one person in the group
- Prepare for Week 4
- Green, Yellow & Red Foods
- Prepare Your Mind
- Prepare Your Kitchen
