Week 8: You've made it!!! Welcome to the final week!

This week our main focus will be on Stress Reduction & Weight Lifting.

In addition to diet, exercise, nutritional supplements, and community, we will now focus on stress reduction and weight lifting.

Week 8 Overview:

  1. Stress Reduction
    1. ο»ΏAn Introduction
    2. Cognitive Distortions
  2. Diet
    1. Continue with The Every-Other-Day Diet
    2. Continue with eating only Green & Yellow Foods & avoiding Red Foods
  3. Exercise
    1. Continue with 10,000 steps per day
    2. Zone 2 Exercise for 40 mins three times a week (e.g. brisk walking)
    3. Intense Cardio Burst Once a Week
  4. Nutritional Supplements
    1. Continue with taking your nutritional supplements
  5. Sleep
    1. Continue the positive sleep habits we established from last week (i.e. sleeping early, sleeping more, and no blue lights after sundown).
  6. Community Connection
    1. Talk to a (different) program member about your experience in detail (over phone)
    2. Actively listen to their experience
    3. Meaningful Post on Telegram (e.g. Reflection)
    4. Encourage at least one person in the group
