Welcome to Week 7! This week our main focus will be on Sleep.

In addition to diet, exercise, nutritional supplements, and community, we will now focus on sleep.

Week 7 Overview:

  1. Sleep

    1. Continue with The Every-Other-Day Diet
    2. Continue with eating only Green & Yellow Foods & avoiding Red Foods
  3. Exercise
    1. Continue with 10,000 steps per day
    2. Zone 2 Exercise
    3. Intense Cardio Burst Once a Week
  4. Nutritional Supplements
    1. Continue with taking your nutritional supplements
  5. Community Connection
    1. Talk to a (different) program member about your experience in detail (over phone)
    2. Actively listen to their experience
    3. Meaningful Post on Telegram (e.g. Reflection)
    4. Encourage at least one person in the group
