Week 6 - Overview
Welcome to Week 6! This week our main focus will be on The Every-Other-Day Diet.
In addition to diet, exercise, nutritional supplements, and community, we will now focus on the Every-Other-Day Diet.
Week 6 Overview:
- Diet
- Begin The Every-Other-Day Diet
- Continue with eating only Green & Yellow Foods
- Continue avoiding Red Foods
- Exercise
- Continue with 10,000 steps per day
- Zone 2 Exercise
- Intense Cardio Burst Once a Week
- Nutritional Supplements
- Continue with taking your nutritional supplements
- Community Connection
- Talk to a (different) program member about your experience in detail (over phone)
- Actively listen to their experience
- Meaningful Post on Telegram (e.g. Reflection)
- Encourage at least one person in the group
- Prepare for Week 7
- Week 7 focus will be on sleep! Be prepared to schedule some extra sleep in.
