Week 4 - Overview

Welcome to Week 4! This week our main focus will be on eating only Green and Yellow Foods and avoiding Red Foods.

As usual, we'll focus on three things: diet, exercise, and community.

Week 4 Overview:

  1. Diet
    1. Eat only Green & Yellow Foods
    2. Avoid Red Foods
    3. Watch Out for Carb Withdrawal Symptoms
  2. Exercise
    1. Continue with 10,000 steps per day
  3. Community Connection
    1. Talk to a (different) program member about your experience in detail (over phone)
    2. Actively listen to their experience
    3. Meaningful Post on Telegram (e.g. Reflection)
    4. Encourage at least one person in the group
  4. Prepare for Week 5
    1. Beginning Nutritional Supplements
    2. Zone 2 Exercises
