Week 5 - Overview

Welcome to Week 5! This week our main focus will be on Nutritional Supplements & Zone 2 Exercise.

In addition to diet, exercise, and community, we will now introduce nutritional supplements

Week 5 Overview:

  1. Diet
    1. Continue with eating only Green & Yellow Foods
    2. Continue avoiding Red Foods
  2. Exercise
    1. Continue with 10,000 steps per day
    2. Zone 2 Exercise
    3. Intense Cardio Burst Once a Week
  3. Nutritional Supplements
    1. Begin taking your nutritional supplements
  4. Community Connection
    1. Talk to a (different) program member about your experience in detail (over phone)
    2. Actively listen to their experience
    3. Meaningful Post on Telegram (e.g. Reflection)
    4. Encourage at least one person in the group
  5. Prepare for Week 6
    1. The Every-Other-Day Diet
