Week 2 - Overview

Welcome to Week 2! This week will focus on preparing your body for Week 4, when the real work of the program actually starts. In doing so, we'll focus on three things: diet, exercise, and community.

Week 2 Overview:

  1. Diet
    1. Eliminate all sugars
    2. Eliminate all caffeine
  2. Exercise
    1. Recording current steps per day
    2. Reaching 7,500 steps per day
  3. Community Connection
    1. Talk to your program partner about your experience in detail (over phone)
    2. Actively listen to their experience
    3. Meaningful Post on Telegram (e.g. Reflection)
    4. Encourage at least one person in the group
  4. Prepare for Week 3
    1. Eliminating Wheat & Rice
    2. Prepare Your Mind
    3. Prepare Your Kitchen
    4. How to Make Bone Broth
