Week 4 - Overview
Welcome to Week 4! This week our main focus will be on eating only Green and Yellow Foods and avoiding Red Foods.
As usual, we'll focus on three things: diet, exercise, and community.
Week 4 Overview:
- Diet
- Eat only Green & Yellow Foods
- Avoid Red Foods
- Watch Out for Carb Withdrawal Symptoms
- Exercise
- Continue with 10,000 steps per day
- Community Connection
- Talk to a (different) program member about your experience in detail (over phone)
- Actively listen to their experience
- Meaningful Post on Telegram (e.g. Reflection)
- Encourage at least one person in the group
- Prepare for Week 5
- Beginning Nutritional Supplements
- Zone 2 Exercises
