Week 8 - Overview
Week 8: You've made it!!! Welcome to the final week!
This week our main focus will be on Stress Reduction & Weight Lifting.
In addition to diet, exercise, nutritional supplements, and community, we will now focus on stress reduction and weight lifting.
Week 8 Overview:
- Stress Reduction
- An Introduction
- Cognitive Distortions
- Diet
- Continue with The Every-Other-Day Diet
- Continue with eating only Green & Yellow Foods & avoiding Red Foods
- Exercise
- Continue with 10,000 steps per day
- Zone 2 Exercise for 40 mins three times a week (e.g. brisk walking)
- Intense Cardio Burst Once a Week
- Nutritional Supplements
- Continue with taking your nutritional supplements
- Sleep
- Continue the positive sleep habits we established from last week (i.e. sleeping early, sleeping more, and no blue lights after sundown).
- Community Connection
- Talk to a (different) program member about your experience in detail (over phone)
- Actively listen to their experience
- Meaningful Post on Telegram (e.g. Reflection)
- Encourage at least one person in the group
